Life can be filled with a whirlwind of mixed experiences, mixed emotions, and mixed outcomes. As if that was not challenging enough, the majority of us throw in a myriad of people, jobs, demographics – not to mention relationships and marriage! Wow. No wonder we find ourselves with tangential focus, energy, and intentions. Sounds like a mess, right? Well? Are you ready for some encouragement? There’s only ONE thing that never changes or loses focus – our God – Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting, Father, Prince of Peace.

Galatians 4:11-13 reminds us, “Not that I am speaking of being in need, for I have learned in whatever situation I am to be content. I know how to be brought low, and I know how to abound. In any and every circumstance, I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and need. I can do all things through him who strengthens me.”

My prayer is that this resource will be an encourager and at other times, bring conviction to your spirit at work and at home. Proverbs 27 reminds us, ‘iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another. There are times when we rely on those closest to us to call us out, in love, for our behavior, thoughts, and/or actions. Other times we need an encourager to come along side us to help us remember that we are not alone. I am reminded from Ecclesiastes 4:12, ‘And though a man might prevail against one who is alone, two will withstand him – a threefold cord is not quickly broken’. Let’s lock arms on this journey called LIFE.

Thank you for walking and meandering with me. I look forward to your comments and thoughts moving forward and I will not cease praying for us all to keep fighting the good fight…In the same way, let our lights shine before others, so that they may see our good works and give glory to our Father who is in heaven both at work and at home! God bless your journey.
